About the Lord of the Grill
My love of grilling food started over 25 years ago, when I began cooking on my parent’s grill for friends. I fell in love with the smell that can only come from the grill and the unique taste of that grilled food. The love has never stopped and I began to enjoy sharing that grilled food with others.
Then about 15 years ago, I was introduced to the world of BBQ (via a little charcoal smoker). I was enticed by the fire and the fragrance produced when pork, brisket and chicken are smoked low and slow. I was hooked. There was quite a bit of trial and error, but I was persistent on making good BBQ for family and friends. The people that I love are the best critics that I could have had, providing lots of love and encouragement and honesty.
Now I’m ready to share my love of all things grilled, smoked and fried with you.
